The shape our message takes, the packaging. Do not get me wrong, it\u2019s very important. But I am sad to see people focus on the shape more than on getting the right message to the right audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/oanaandreescu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/elena-koycheva-bGeupv246bM-unsplash-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"customer support\" class=\"wp-image-273\" width=\"342\" height=\"512\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>They ask me why their ad\/campaign did not perform well. Was it the stock photo? The logo in the corner, the animation on their banner,\u00a0their\u00a0GIF,\u00a0their\u00a0smaller\u00a0budget? Most of the time it\u2019s not that. It\u2019s us not getting the customer, not understanding why they would click on our message, why they\u2019d take time from their job\/music, in their headphones\/hobbies\/friends\/dating apps\/family, and invest it in our piece of content. It\u2019s us not showing them the respect they deserve and not trying to provide added value to their life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I\u2019ve seen awful quality photos deliver most conversions\u00a0(they\u00a0had\u00a0good\u00a0USP)\u00a0, I\u2019ve seen tech support videos done right drive more engagement and brand loyalty than shinny preroll ads\u00a0brands\u00a0paid\u00a0$$$$$\u00a0on.
